This brand new Nungesser lapel pin, available exclusively here at The Black Broom, measures approximately 1.5 inches across. It's white metal with black enamel and comes with one metal squeeze open/close removable pin clutch. The emblem comes from Charles Eugene Jules Marie Nungesser, a WWI French ace pilot also known as The Knight of Death. His silver Nieuport 17 plane was decorated with a black heart-shaped field, a macabre Jolly Roger, and a coffin and candles painted inside.
